By creating an account or using Innertide ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Not medical advice

Innertide is a wellbeing and reflection practice. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional mental-health care. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a licensed provider.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscriptions

Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account.

5. Content

You own your journal entries and reflections. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them to you as part of operating the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
