What we collect

Your email, Tide Type, journal entries, saved quotes, mood check-ins, and badge progress. Sensitive content (journal, moods) is only visible to you.

How we use it

To personalise your practice, sync across devices, send optional reminders, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

We use Supabase (auth, database), Resend (transactional email), and an AI provider for the Maris guide. Your messages to Maris are transmitted to that provider to generate a reply.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
